Germs, germs, are all around us; no matter how much we try to avoid them. A cough here, and a sneeze there, and before you know it; you are sick.


In these days and times; you never know when you may get sick. Preparing ourselves and our children are the first steps to better health. Families that don't wear masks are at a greater risk.



                                             The Seriousness of this virus


The coronavirus can cause severe medical problems. This is no laughing matter and should be taken seriously. This virus can cause the following:


  • Severe Respiratory illnesses
  • Acute Respiratory Syndrome
  • Shortness of Breath
  • Difficulty Breathing
  • Death


Reason One, you Need a Mask Because...


Wearing a mask prevents sick people from spreading the virus. If you are healthy; it may help to keep you from getting sick. Taking preventative measures can help with COVID-19. 


Washing your hands and avoid touching your face are some preventative measures. Other deterrent measures are:


  • Stay at least a 1-meter distance between people
  • Always cover your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing
  • Stay at home when sick
  • Staying away from large groups of people


Protecting Yourselves and Others


The second reason you need to wear a mask is to be responsible. Being a responsible person is the way to go. 
When you wear a mask, you protect yourself and others.

Always use safety first; to stay out of Covid-19 path of destruction. Wash those nasty germs off. 
Remember when you were young and your parents specified," washing your hands? "

Parents knew about germs long ago; the same applies today.

COVID-19 is nothing to play with. Taking preventative measures
can not only help us but others as well.
